We Never Collect Passport or Travel Document Data
MDAC Guide is an independent information resource, not a submission portal. We never ask for passport numbers, travel dates, or immigration credentials. Your actual MDAC is always submitted directly on the official government website, imi.gov.my.
Information We Collect
We only collect information that you choose to give us directly through two forms on this site:
- mail Contact form: your name, email address, subject category, and the message you write to our editorial desk.
- notifications_active Newsletter signup: the email address you provide to receive border-policy and scam-alert updates.
We also automatically receive standard, aggregated technical information common to any website visit, such as browser type, approximate region, and pages viewed, used only to understand overall site usage.
How We Use Your Information
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry, report a scam site, or process a content correction request. Newsletter email addresses are used only to send the updates you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
